BOURBON

Bourbon can only be labelled as a Bourbon if it was made in United States and was made with at least 51% corn. The process use is known as sour mash, which is the fermentation this corn mash and some older mash added.  The spirit must be distilled to no more than 80% alcohol and be no more than 62.5% when put into casks.
