RUM
Rum is a distilled alcoholic beverage made by fermentation of sugarcane by products. The distillate, which is originally a clear liquid, is then aged in oak barrels. The most interesting aspect of Rum is that you will find two different aspects of it. Light Rums are commonly used in Cocktails whereas Dark Rums are typically drink neat.
